At the present, we have a high-duty, fully automated powder paint shop at our disposal equipped with a powder spray booth produced by Nordson Company.
The modern plastic sandwich-type spray booth as well as powder supply and recovery system allows effective use of the varnish and a quick colour change – time of colour change is reduced to ca. 15 minutes.
The entire varnishing process is computer-controlled, what guarantees constancy and repeatability of painting parameters, including coating thickness. The effectiveness of control over painting parameters is confirmed by the obtained Qualicoat certificate.
Thanks to modernisation and development of other elements of the paining line, we are now able to paint up to 100 thousands square meters surface monthly.
We assure the possibility to paint with all kinds of powder varnishes within the whole range of RAL or NCS palette of colours. Moreover, we also offer painting with special effects such as fine and coarse structure, the metallic effect or a various gloss.
Our equipment enables painting of elements of the following overall dimensions:
- length up to 7200 mm;
- width up to 500 mm;
- height up to 1400 mm;
Thanks to additional manual painting line, we are capable of fast adjustment of our offer to requirements of our clients, depending on scale of the order and the realisation deadline.
